At Palm Island Property Management, we believe renting should be easy and stress-free. We abide by all Fair Housing Laws and review all applications without bias. As long as your background, credit checks and income verification come back without issues, you’ll likely be eligible to rent with us. Because we review all applications in order of submission date, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
All of our available rentals are thoroughly cleaned and inspected to streamline the move-in process. As our tenant, you can always reach us during office hours with questions, concerns, or maintenance requests. We also have an emergency hotline you can call 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Payments can be made by bank certified check or cashier’s check, money order, or online transfer through the Tenant Portal.
Many of our tenants are interested in bringing pets, installing a satellite dish, or painting the interior of their home. We do our best to accommodate these requests, but ask that you consult with us beforehand. We review all special requests on a case-by-case basis.
